Mega Mojo Games respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you play our mobile games, including Bones & Bravery, and how we use it. By playing our games, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your real name, physical address, phone number, or email address through normal gameplay. However, our games may automatically collect basic technical, gameplay, purchase-status, and analytics information through third-party services such as Unity Analytics.

This collected data includes a unique generated user ID and session ID used by analytics software to distinguish one game session or installation from another. It includes general location information, such as country or region. It also includes device and platform information, such as device type, operating system, platform, app version, client version, and timestamps. Finally, it includes gameplay activity metrics, such as scenes loaded, levels or floors reached, runs started, runs completed, hearts, coins, gems, selected dice, upgrades, unlocks, and purchase verification status.

Analytics services such as Unity may also automatically collect technical information such as device identifiers, IP address, event timestamps, session activity, and events completed or actions taken within the game. We do not use this information to personally identify individual players.

2. Analytics and Third-Party Service Providers

We use Unity Analytics to help us understand how players use the game and to improve gameplay, balance, performance, stability, and user experience. Analytics data may be processed and stored by Unity and other service providers that help operate the game. We do not sell personal information.

3. In-App Purchases

Bones & Bravery includes a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full game. Payments are processed securely through the app store platform, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Mega Mojo Games does not receive or store payment card numbers, full billing details, or financial account information. We may receive basic purchase confirmation information, such as whether the full game has been unlocked, receipt confirmation, or purchase status, so we can verify that purchased content is available in the game.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to improve game balance and difficulty, understand where players stop playing or get stuck, track bugs, progression, feature usage, and game stability, improve future updates, and confirm whether game content has been unlocked or purchased.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not create player accounts or store personal profiles on our own servers, uninstalling the game will remove locally stored game data from your device. We retain analytics data only as long as necessary to support game performance tracking, analytics, debugging, purchase verification, and game improvement.

How to Delete Your Analytics Data: You can request deletion of gameplay analytics data directly inside the game by going to the Settings menu and selecting Delete Analytics Data (or Data Privacy). This sends an automated deletion request to Unity Analytics for the current game installation. You may also contact us at the email address below with questions or manual data deletion requests.

6. Your Choices and Controls

You may be able to limit analytics collection through your device settings, platform privacy settings, app store settings, or options provided by Unity.

On iOS, you can manage tracking permissions through your device’s Privacy & Security settings. On Android, you can manage or reset advertising and privacy settings through your device’s Privacy or Ads settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

Bones & Bravery does not ask players to create accounts or submit names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information during gameplay. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

We limit our analytics collection in accordance with applicable laws, including COPPA. If your device is used by a child under 13, our analytics are restricted to internal operations support. If we ever add features that collect personal information, this policy will be updated.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
